Nehru Yuvajana Seva Sangham (NYSS) is a registered, grassroots, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the holistic development of marginalized communities in Andhra Pradesh. Founded in 1975 by the visionary Late Shri. Paul Rathnam, NYSS has grown into a beacon of hope for rural women, children, and families living in vulnerable conditions.
Beginning with humble roots in 1975, NYSS has expanded its reach to over 30 villages. We have fought against deep-rooted social issues such as untouchability and gender discrimination, while building paths for thousands through girls’ orphanages, self-help groups, skill development, and health interventions. We continue to be a catalyst for positive change in rural communities.
